We do not ship to PO boxes. We only ship to Canada and the United States. Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery of your package.
Delivery in Canada (in Canadian dollars)
Regular shipping at $9.99 for orders delivered in Canada. Taxes not included. The cost of delivery will be automatically added to the amount of the order before proceeding to payment online.
Delivery to the United States (in US dollars)
Regular shipping at $9.99 for orders delivered to the United States. Shipping will be $50 for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Taxes not included. The cost of delivery will be automatically added to the amount of the order before proceeding to payment online.
Delivery of orders
Summum Beauté International does not deliver to PO Boxes. Delivery costs vary according to the following criteria: weight, volume, delivery time and destination. For orders delivered abroad, customs duties and taxes of your country may apply when the order arrives at its destination. These customs duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. Summum Beauté internationale does not collect customs duties and taxes.
Order Processing
Summum Beauté International processes orders received Monday through Friday, and orders are processed within 1-2 business days of acceptance. Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery of your order. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day. Summum Beauté International does not process orders during the holiday season and on statutory holidays. For orders placed on these dates, additional time will have to be allocated for delivery. Please allow an additional one to two days for delivery to remote areas.
Correction of delivery addresses
If the shipping company needs to correct the customer’s delivery address, additional charges may be applied to the order. If the shipping company returns the order to Summum Beauté International because of an address error, the customer is responsible for all costs incurred (return costs, restocking costs) if applicable.
Order restocking fee
If the package is refused upon receipt, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, return costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Taxes on products
Summum Beauté International is a company established in certain Canadian provinces and American states, since it has employees/representatives and agents there. We must therefore collect taxes on all orders made by customers residing in these provinces or states:
- Quebec: GST (5%) and QST (9.975%)
- Ontario: HST (13%)
- New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Labrador: HST (13%)
- Nova Scotia: HST (15%)
- Nunavut: GST (5%)
- Prince Edward Island: HST (14%)
- British Columbia: GST (5%)
- Saskatchewan: GST (5%)
- Manitoba: GST (5%)
- Alberta: GST (5%)
- Northwest Territory and Yukon: GST (5%)
